The hotel needs some serious room upgrades, with ripped curtains and peeling paint. There were no basic amenities like a kettle in the room. Despite these room issues, the service was fine, and the staff were pleasant and helpful without being overbearing. The location, although well-kept, should be more affordable given the current conditions. The dining options were not as diverse as expected. However, the facilities were decent, offering a park for kids.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were nice, large, very clean, and our special request for extra pillows was accommodated. The large terrace with a sea view was a bonus. The location is perfect, right near the beautiful Fenals beach. The service was impeccable, with staff always happy to assist. However, the dining options could have been more diverse, and the Wi-Fi had an additional cost.
